whats your take on the "Tea Party" rebellion?
Isn't there religious significance associated with those style of tattoos? Like, only monks & such are supposed to have some of them? I suppose if you did something for the order it'd be like being a church associate or something.
Likely there are "commoner" tattoos you can get; I remember seeing a page where a fellow got an interesting tattoo from a fellow I think in Samoa.
I'd want to be careful & respectful, though. I mean, I like wine, but I wouldn't go wine tasting at the local churches.

I want to add, although the answers above are fully descriptives, that population of whole Latin America is very mixed today.
Opposite to what happened in the USA, that people has married only with people of its same ethnical group along History, in Mexico and the countries of Central America, Caribe and South America its a small percentage of pure indigenous, pure caucasian or pure african ancestry, because od interracial relayionships are widely socially accepted, despite exceptions.
This could be the reason to the difficulty to give radical percentages of races, as you seem be claiming for. What mexican, brazilian, colombian or peruvian people has no traces od indigenous or european blood?
We can speak, as not in the USA, of many new races in LatinAmerica (fortunately!)
