Any good tattooist will be able to give you the design you want. Just look at ancient egyptian websites to get ideas for what you would like. Just be careful if someone does an ankh for you, as so often they are mistaken for a cross – and therefore give the wrong impression.
An ankh is a good idea, you could also consider tut's mask, 3D pyramid, Nefertiti – or just look at some pictures of tomb drawings for ideas.
