My wife and I just went on the Browns Canyon trip, and it was a lot of fun, but not dangerous. There were 2 kids in the raft with us, ages around 9-12. The guides at River Runners spend a good amount of time going over safety also, so there really wasn't anything to worry about.

Plus, we saw Bighorn sheep on the cliffs! A beautiful, fun, safe way to go. You can read more about our trip here: http://www.colorado-springs-vacation.com/whitewater-rafting-colorado.html

No one would really know the answer to this except the search engines themselves but as an experienced web developer and seo practioner I would say, take a look at the content of the site, is the site being managed, is spam being managed, if its not and its infested with spam then obviously the search engine isn't gonna want to recommend a site like that.

If on the other hand the site gets loads of spam but its managed, removed, pruned and kept under control then I dont see any reason why the search engines will penalise you. Just keep your site clean of spam and you'll be ok.

Good luck

I think that no matter what what, you like it and you know a part of you is Irish. It's not like someone is going to come up to you and say " Oh a celtic cross... prove that your irish" If it means something to you and represents a part of you then get it.

They don't have one. They have lower rates for kids and some packages available through the Perfect Turn school and through the Adaptive Center based at Pico for adaptive skiers who want to ski Big-K, but nothing that will give you a beginner's area only pass. I posted the link below for the ski school. If you take that package you stay in the Snowshed Area for two days and then you can use the ticket on the rest of the mountain.

One reason why Big-K doesn't offer a limited-area pass is to encourage novice skiers and riders to use the Ski School. If you are a beginner, Killington isn't the place I would choose to learn. Going there is a waste if you can't ride the big terrain. There also probably isn't that big of a demand for what you are looking for. Locals who ski there either have a season pass or take the kids somewhere else (cheaper) to learn. Vacationing guests usually have the skills to ski all the mountain and they put their kids in the ski school program.

Yes, plenty, Look on the internet for houses for sale so you know you are getting the best deal,

Second, they are like used car salesman, THey will try to push you into adjustbale rate mortgages and other exotic mortgages, DON"T FALL FOR IT. only get a 30 or 40 year fixed rate mortgage, FOR THE ENTIRE TERM, If you cannot be approved for one of those loans then you CANNOT afford the house, simple as that,

THey always have these low introductory rate, which sounds enticing at first but stay away from them cause you will have to refinance, Costing you further money.

If you can put 20 % down then there will be no mortgage insurance.

BE FIRM on what you are looking for.
