Tattooing in Tribes and Armband Tattoos
Tribal tattoos might be the most popular form of tattoos in the world right
now, they are instantly recognizable with their dramatic use of aggressive dark
lines in jagged symmetrical shapes spread throughout the skin.
Tattooing in tribes and armband tattoos had a wide range of meanings some quite bizarre such as the tattoo of the Yokuts of California, these tattoos marked the location of a person's supernatural power.
Tribal tattoos such as the variety of armband tattoos actually designated what
tribe you were in or your status in that tribe. Different tattoos have been
used by different cultures for hundreds of years as marks that show the affiliation
of people within a particular culture or ’society’. In many cultures tattooing in tribes was and to this day still is a community event with all the tribe coming together and celebrating the traditions of their ancestors.
Certain designs depict different stories made on the different parts of the body such
as wealth, rank, tribe affiliation, direct family, their role in society, acts
of strength, and deeds of bravery. Many tribal tattoos were administered as proof
of the power of certain totem animals over the lives of those they chose to guard and bless.
While tattooing in tribes and armband tattoos were originally used to identify members of specific tribes, represent battles fought, and to serve as a form of camouflage, today these tattoos are more a popular ornamental design void of any traditional knowledge.

Kris Kuksi, Beast Anthology 548 West 28th Street, 3rd Floor, NYC Nov 21 — Dec 19, 2009 I attended Kris Kuksi’s “Beast Anthology” opening at the Joshua Liner gallery last Saturday night. I had seen pictures of his work over the past year and was anxious to view them in person. Kuksi takes bits and pieces of action figures, toy soldiers, tank models, and a seemingly endless selection of other figurative found objects and creates scenes that, seen as a whole, are reminiscent of Eastern temple wall sculptures. They are chaotic on the micro level but ultimately form organized symmetrical shapes. The soldiers’ poses and tanks create a kind of steampunk-inspired monstrous momentum—evoking elements of imperialism and industry. The religious and/or post-apocalyptic effect is often enhanced by an “underworld” side to the work. [Read more...] I’ll admit, it’s not work that affects me emotionally but if you’re looking for a true “Holy shit, that’s awesome!” experience, it’s well worth the effort…
my parents where in the military when I was a kid so I moved a lot. It exposed me to different people and cultures.
Camouflage cream is made by max factor (not kidding it is, my husband is an instructor at our local army cadets) so try makeup remover. Just use what ever you use to get oil based stains out of your clothes as most makeup is oil based.
There are snowflakes and I can see their perfectly symmetrical shapes!! THIS IS SO MAGICAL! #butthewindsucks

You can eyeball this and determine that it is 95%.
How?
The numbers are all nice and even for you! Conduct a z test to find out: (13,000 – 12,000)/500 = 2. (11,000 – 12,000)/500 = -2. So you know the area of the probability is between z scores of 2 and -2.
If you know the empirical rule (that is that z scores of 1 to – 1, 2 to -2 , and 3 to -3 correspond to approximate probabilities of 68-95-99.7 percent), then you can quickly determine that it's 95%.

… Adm. Mike Mullen called for gay men and lesbians to serve openly in the military…between 61 percent and 75 percent depending on the poll – now share his point of view. Most Americans recognize that being gay is not a “lifestyle” but an immutable identity, and that outlawing discrimination against gay people who want to serve their country is, as the admiral said, “the right thing to do.” ….more heterosexuals have learned that they have gay relatives, friends, neighbors, teachers and co-workers. It is hard to deny our own fundamental rights to those we know, admire and love….as recently as 2004 – when Karl Rove and George W. Bush ran a national campaign exploiting fear of gay people – there is now little political advantage to spewing homophobia. Now that explicit anti-gay animus is an albatross, those who oppose gay civil rights are driven to invent ever loopier rationales for denying those rights, whether in the military or in marriage….the flimsy rhetorical camouflage…

Sounds like Pokeberry. It's a weed. A poisonious weed. Birds eat the berries and the seeds pass through them and land everywhere. If you can pull it now, do so. Once it starts growing it hates to be removed.
