We have a problem on all our servers with wordpress.
Uploading images bigger than 32kb gives an error (html upload) or io error (flash upload).

We use a standard configuration on CentOS 5.4 installation with php 5.2.12 and 5.2.13 on another server.

What we tried:
Disabling mod-security, had no result
We had some disable functions in php, but enabling these, had no result.
Changing the upload folder, permissions, had no result.
Disabling eAccelerator had no result

Why images smaller than 32k are working and bigger than 32k don’t is very strange. The upload limit in php is 16MB.

This is one needle in a haystack, so help is needed.
